OK so I have now in my possesion a 125 & 55 gal tanks i'm getting a 75. well the wife says 55 goes. So i have in the 125 1oscar@ 6" , 1 JD @5 " , 1 firemouth @ 3" , and 1 vieja synsiplum w/ 12 dither 6-3". Then in the 55 I have my flowerhorn @ 7-8" long , 3" tall and 3/4" thick. He's been there 2-3 months now.
The new 75 is coming with 12" oscar, 6" oscar,3" firemouth. They must come with the tank.

How would you do it for atleast a 6 month time frame. I'm going to rehome some of them but I need time.

Filtration : I will have 4 Aquaclear 500's , 2 Aquaclear 300's , Fluval 304, small powerhead for water movement. These can be set up anyway.

Any opinons or possible options welcomed & thanks in advance.

i once also have the same problem as you have...but in my opinion get rid of the 55g and put your flowerhorn in your 125g.keep the 75 and and you can always upgrade to a bigger tank...right now in my 125g, i have a flowerhorn at 7 inches,gt at 5 inches, midas at 8 inches, two plecos at 6 inches, grammodes at 3 inches, and six silver dollars at 3 inches...so far no aggressions...

I agree, I'd put the FH in the 125. They get aggressive when they get bigger so you're not gonna want him in a smaller tank w/ other fish... and I'd get rid of the oscars, but that's just me, :D

If the flowerhorn is kept in a tank by himself it will be the 75. The oscars atleast two will be rehomed. For a while though I must keep them. I'm not into killing them or having them murdered. If they were mishapen or deformed then I would call it culling. Just for ther record my flowerhorn is MEAN. SALT WATER CROC. MEAN. So nothing's for sure with him he may do great with smaller ones in the 125 but I doubt it. Thanks for the comments.
