Is this too much for 8" Silver Aro? I'm really not sure if I want to spend this much considering I'm not sure how compatible it will be with my trio of 7inch Peacock Bass. What do you guys think?

thats ridiculously overpriced, especially since your in CA. normal prices for that size are about $30
^^That's what I thought. Last time I got a Cichla Ocellaris for $15 because I said it looked very stressed. I will try this again. ( He did look pretty stressed)

ha yeah thats one of the benefits of CA! therea a LFS not too far me. the guy keeps his tanks stocked with 8~9" aros. $30 for smaller ones, $35 for the bigger ones 
lolI jusr remembered that at my LFS the baby 2inch go for about $30. SO, I guess I need to find a new LFS.
OH WOW!!!!!!! So weird how prices differ through states... im in Sacramento, CA and bought my Aro at the place you would never expect..... Denios Farmers Market.... YES, they have a fish store at a swap meet!!!! Got mine for 25 dollars out there door.....
