80 Gallon Bare....

This is a very odd but nicely laid out glass tank that was my first tank when i entered the hobby. I sold it to a friend about a little over a year ago and had a chance to buy it back so i did. The dimensions are 40"-20"-22" with very nice glass framework. I decided to go bare-bottom with this tank and using it just as a grow-out tank for now. Filtration: XP3,404 and large Air Pump....

yeah that is a odd size tank but it's very nice.

You should spray paint a background for it. Krylon semi-flat worked great for me.

Not for me, I'll eventually have it vinyled black like my other tanks.

I spray painted my back and bottom for a bare bottom tank and it looks sooo good. I love the look it made. But that is a really cool tank. I like the dimensions.

The top part of the stand where the tank sits is black and flat across so that part is taken care of.

It just recieved its new occupants(5 SD's, GT, FEI FENG, Silver Aro) this morning. I'll post pics in the next day or so.
