825 Gallon Plywood Tank Stand Design Advice

I doubled my 2x4, but that's because they fit together like a puzzle with different lengths connected to the top and base of my stand. I can't discribe it with words . I didn't use 4x4, no glue, no dowels just screws. It's been a great success and supports my 430 gal aquarium without complaint.
