I can't remember about the 90's if we used them on that 400 plumbing debacle but I feel we used mostly 45s so my gut tells me I have 90's left. What size airline tubing? 1/4"?

The overflow isn't the loud part, it's water hitting the totes/dripplate and the side of the barrel from the k1 overflow. I could be wrong and the box itself may be noisy, I'll check, but I feel like maybe a couple more layers of floss plus a fix for that k1 > equipment overflow will drastically reduce.

3m5200 is good stuff eh?

I don't think we ended up using and 90's on either tank and yes just 1/4 inch line. Ya more floss will quite it down alot and my thought is to try to find plastic strapping for packaging skids it works well as bio and is safe to use for the emerged. I think it's a mixture of everything that's making noise

Agreed. Okay ya I got air line and we only ended up using 1 90 on the 400 plumbing from my quick glance so I should have 3 at least if not 7.

Forgot to thank CANAMONSTER CANAMONSTER and Lepisosteus Lepisosteus for their advice and leads during the build process.

Wow!!! How did I miss this!!! Looks awesome guys! Glad to see all your hard work payed off. Considering the time you got all this done, that is crazy!!! Lol. Very nice job.

To quiet the suction try putting 90s on the bulk heads pointing down. I like the over flow also. I think I will do this. The surface skim it creates adds so much oxygen to your water also skiming all the grime that collects at the surface. Top notch! Your filter is awesome also.
