hmm i guess it would be best to go with the tried and true 2x4 stacked walls. i was just trying to save time and money but cutting corners is probably a bad idea. as far as heating i plan on insulating all sides and bottom with insulation foam including the cover so 1000W should do the trick.
one aspect of this whole wooden pond idea i have no clue on where to start is how i can incorporate a constant drip system seeing that i'd be running an overhead type sump as opposed to one below a tank.
