Ok ive decided im going to use CD Structural ply 2400x1200x19mm less then half the price of AA grade marine ply and uses the same glue just has a different surface finish which wont matter once i have sealed the inside 
Not sure if i can but i am trying to source Pond Shield from Pond Armour (bit harder since im in AUS)
And made some frame design modifications with any luck i will have the ply this week and steel will be on order, problem is i gota make the stand and setup my 5x2x2 3 tier system before i commence on this

AFAIK "marine ply" is made for building boats and is designed to be heated so it can be curved to shape and then reset. H3 treated construction ply would be the ticket, CD just means it has one paintable-finish side. You could probably save yourself a few bucks by going for DD and filling and smoothing it yourself.
