yes very much so

in his first match the other player made a formal complaint about him moving about when the other player was taking shots in his eyeline, earl won.
second match he conceded with racks left and walked out so lost.
third match he won but officials were in the crowd watching him closely, he also complained about the other player moving on his shots.

he was knocked out in the last 64.

ronnie alcano beat ralf souqet in the final.
 
I noticed that most pool is played at bars, and most players are drunk. Do you have to have a certain blood alcohol level to be eligible? "Sorry, you were only at .06 BAC. Your championship does not count." LOL
