Well if you keep this catfish before. It not about it being hungry but seem like it does not like others...eg other fish that share their food other then their same kind. I notice they prefer to eat up the non feeder first. Go keep them they are cute and cool.

Perhaps this sounds ignorant, but what do you mean by 'tarpon?' To me, a tarpon is a very large, saltwater gamefish.
