Jp pretty much nailed it as always. Definitely agree to have owner stop feeding at least 2days before you pick it up, also a heater definitely isn't needed & the airstones to. If your worried you could run 1. Its only a 4hr trip plus water sloshing around with create air. I prefer 5gal buckets, battery operated air pump(if I even use one) & single airline though 3/4 hole in middle of lid. Holds water temp great, easy to carry n sit about anywhere, seals & won't leak(even with 3/4" hole in very center of lid), being round helps with the sloshing/wave affect also, & imo decreases the chance for injury to your fish being small & round. Don't forget to drip him as 4hrs away could be a big pH swing. GL. Guy might of had him a pair starting to form(turning really dark like that).what a shame he split em up.
 
Oh & whatever you choose to haul him in do NOT leave it in direct sunlight, if the cars overly hot or cold wrap the bin or bucket with a blanket to help keep steady temp.

thanks Jp man he is so mean i cant even put a large pleco in with him he flips them over and eats them from under. i need to upload a new video he is alreay like 3 inches
