Thanks for the info, I was advise different. To advoid the live black worms as they could carry parasites and hard to get them onto pellets in the long term.?

What I did with my pups before was to hook them on the blood worms then soak them into the pellets and now all the adults are only on pellets.

Blackworms is what has worked for me with pups, but not for atleast 3 or 4 days. Never tried feeding bloodworms to rays. As long as the blackworms are clean you shouldn't have to worry about fungus. It is hard to get them onto anything else though, they become blackworm addicts.

Congrats on the pups, they are looking good.

Wow, congrats with a huge litter. Interesting to see pups kept with discus and tetras. Is there any hostility?

take good care of them they are gonna turn out to be amazing!!

Congrats on the pups. Glad it went well for mom. I would try earth worms first, cut into really small pieces. I never bothered with black worms with my pups.

I have used black worms for the 3 litters I have had. I wean them onto nightcrawlers when they are 3-4 weeks old haven't had any problems getting them off the black worms yet. Might be different since mine are retics so they have such small mouths. Mine start out at about 2.5-3 inches when born. How big are the motoros at birth?
