from what i have heard and IME they help with fishes general health, help conditon fish for breeding and are a general tonic. everything likes to nibble on them, Platties/mollies are always nibbling on them dureing the day.

i have a big Fungal Infection ATM and Have lost 90% of my Livebearers, I have my Coral Red Double Swords seperated for fear of them getting it.

Found out Power Tower had failed and all thats left are the snails.
