I wouldn't be surprised is some Chinese restaurant in the city bought this fish for $9000 and sold it to eat at some banquet charging $15000. People can be insane when it comes to eating rare items.

You know! Japanese Restaurant paid over 10,000 dollar for a FROZEN Tuna fish!
For me as an easy eater I won't see or taste any different from 10 bucks/lbs from daily market compare to 100 bucks a piece of that 10k Tuna meat, same thing for cuople hundred bucks for a piece of HQ marble steak vs 10 bucks a piece of beef meat selling in Costco

I bought it not for me but for my Dad lol. The fun part that he's keep talking about that hundreds dollar beef steak that he ate to all his friends
made me smile at some points.Maybe someday but I aint cleaning out my wallet for it lol....the stuff I get at the supermarket is just fine for the time being.Definately you need to try it at least 1 time in your life

Take it from someone who's eaten almost every cut of exotic and high end beef, Peter Luger's in Brooklyn has the best steak I've ever eaten. I couldn't think of anything else I'd rather spend $100 on.
Honestly i've tried them all, Kobe, Wagyu etc... honestly not a big fan of the major marbling... give me a nice piece of Filet Mignon anyday...
