90g Breeding Pair Discus / Community Setup - ASAP

well teh breeding pair have been in for two weeks and I put in 60 cardinals yesterday to wake up to approximately 35 this morning!!

5 had got stuck to the filter inlet, I presume the other 20 have been eaten by the discus as there are none in my filter socks!!

A few update shots:

The tank with just actinic bulbs which were too blue



The tank with a single 18000k and actinic bulb:



Then a 6500k bulb which is what people seemed to reccomend for discus:



I find it a bit too yellow for my liking ;-(

Anyway I now think my discus have flukes so waiting on some meds to arrive from online!

To be honest I'm finding the discus and cardinals very boring, my malawis were great fun to watch, always some action going on. Before I get some corys ad some bristlenose I may reconsider my whole direction.

Any ideas?

I don't think they're for "action" These fish are more how do I say kind of on the finesse side of things...

I like the look of the fish. The weird flat fish CD thing with patterns on them is appealing to me.
