my neon damsel keeping eating all of mine and i noticed you had one in there..

Yea he picks at them, but there are still plenty. If I can catch him he's gonna go to the lfs.

wheres the protien skimmer? and do you use any chemicals for coral? whats the algea scrubber?

No skimmer; they remove too much of the coral's food. See the link FAQ below.

Nice tank, when I upgrade to MH that's the route I'll be going as well - do you find the chiller to be 100% necessary with the MH over the tank, or is it just easier with the hotter days of summer out here in Cali?

The chiller is only on during warmer days. The fans on the sump and the tank really made the chiller work less.
