I am just getting into having my own aquarium and is wondering what is a great fish that i can get to start with and they size of the tank and all...Lmk!!!

best starter fish are convict cichlids if your into cichlids.20-30 gallon for 2 and ur good

Get yourself a pre-packaged, 55 gallon aquarium kit at Petsmart. There are many great fish that can fit in a 55 gallon for life.

get a nice 55 with a canister filter and get a hand full of different African cichlids there so easy to take care of and a very tough and neat fish.

Depending on how dedicated you may be, and want to try something a little bit bigger, look thru the peacock forum an ask some questions. Pbass are great entertainment just need a large aquarium and some good filtration

@ wiggles92 im not sure myself but i have a 20gal from my buddy...fish im not sure wat kind but i dont really like oscar, fh, and goldfish bc they eat tooooo much and tooo big...im pretty interested in the pbass, rtc, and sturgeon...
