Definatly boosten very much more calm not sure tho if it's because of the low lighting i have on there right now or the extra room ..One thing i have noticed for sure when i do a water change the breathing patern stays exactly the same ..I the 180 when i would take 75 to a hundred gallons out it would elevate even with warmer water going in ..Last night i did a water change probly about 200 gals + or - never changed the breathing at all and i watched closely because i put straight tap water temp in and it droped my temps about 2 degrees from 83 to 80.5 .....they are still alittle skittish when i put my arms in to clean the acrylic for surebOOsteN aUdI;4820919; said:Looking good Hulon! Do you notice any difference in behavior or appearance?

they are wondering if they are in for another ride!!!!Another thing boost the tank is far from mature and i only have about 1/3 of my filtration done definatly not happy with the wet dry's alone for filtration have to get an ultima or copy and my Bio reactor that i built on there clarity is just eeehhhh!!!

Only the one Lim pump right now but i would say darn close to the whole 3000 gph i am running through the 1 1/2 returns i drilled 5 inches fro the bottom and have 22.5 bends on the bulkheads i drilled each one of those 20 inches from the end of each side and from each side they blow water straight to the center front glass meet and shoot up creating a nice swirling effect so when i get the pump and four other 7/8 return lines hooked up with the other pump i should not have to vacum very much all of the 7/8 returns are coming from the top and should keep it churning for sure ..I have noticed a couple of the bass positioning themselve directly in front of a 1 1/2 return to get that flow right on thembOOsteN aUdI;4820995; said:Nice, sounds like they are settling in well. since your water temperature is a bit lower that could be another reason why they are calmer. The higher temperatures tend to make them more active and testy. How much flow do you have running through the tank?
