Yeh everyone says that, he was in a group of 5 a few years ago, but as his mates died off , i just never replaced them, and this fella seems to be happy enough, hes been on his own for 2 years (without other loachs) he has been a mbuna tank, a tank with Viejas and all sorts of other stuff, he survived a nasty disease, and hes still goign strong so don't have the heart to get rid of him.
A compulsives overstocked tank....what can i keep long term

Severums 3 good 4 is pushing it. But they might not all get along when older so you will have to see

1 Bristlenose Plecs
1 clown loach since he is your buddy.
I find blue acaras to be great tank mates for severums and I really like the Sajica they are rather peaceful. GT can get really nasty when they grow up and might be too much for the severums and other fish. Severums are pretty laid back most of the time IMO. GT they can be a terror at times.

What can i keep long term?
The Sajica, Firemouth, BNs, Dollars, Tetras and 3 of the Severums are adult already....the rest are around 3-4"
Also in the futrure i have been contimplating gettign a wild Oscar and a wild Rotkeil.
I'd go with:
3 Sevs
1 acara
1 sajica
10 columbians
2 plecos
and get rid of everything else.
Or, if you can do this ^, I would keep everything I said to get rid of and put it all in the new tank, along with 4+ more clown loaches.calicichlid;3853882; said:
