The male is in my 150 with geos, Krobia, and large severums. They don't mind him and I rarely see him go after anyone. Now and then he'll dart at a geo who wanders too close to his little home under a piece of driftwood.
The female is in a 55 gallon with some Bahia Red geo grow-outs. She's very peaceful and always the first in line at feeding time. She's put on some size and weight since separating her from the male but is still considerably smaller. I'd like to eventually put them back together.
I think they're great little pikes -- they don't have tons of color but they are cute and interesting to watch. They're very inquisitive little fish. I would love to spawn them some day.
