A few dat questions

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I currently have 3 baby Indo's, and I feed them black worms, which all 3 LOVE, and blood worms, it seems that only two will eat blood worms, I usually will throw a pinch or two of the black worms into the tank, and they all get eaten, then with the blood worms, I just hold it in the tank, and they eat from my fingers, it's pretty neat! I find doing it that way it's easier to not pollute the water. :) Best of luck!!

throwing in medication already?? don't be so paranoid they'll be fine. i currently have 17 now in my 90 i thaw my bloodworms in a cup of tank water than i slowly pour in little amounts so they can eat them and when they're full they usually go back into hiding. buy a small catfish or bottom feeder if your so paranoid bout the left over foods a pleco would be good cause they love bloodworms

he's already lost 1 which had heavy beathing. Hence meds.
I say stick to salt at that size and age.

I feed mine 5x daily. Anything from freeze dried mysis shrimp, fd blood worms, cyclop-eeze flakes, fs brine shrimp, fd tub worms (they dont like these as much, frozen blood worms, and fd cyclop-eeze growth powder.

Just feed enough til there is no more food.

Get some live tubifex worms so they all eat. Next to acclimating....getting them to eat so they have energy is the next important thing imo.

they might only be eating live bloodworms. frozen bloom worms don't wiggle, so they don't pay attention to it.
Well one eats frozen bloodworms and gets very fat. My mom went out while i was at school and picked up some more frozen food (mysis shrimp and brine shrimp) and all of the fish went absolutely insane over it. They are nice and fat now and i am happy :D

Well they are all eating so i am in luck.

They DO have gill flukes. The two i pulled out had slimy white stuff around their gills.
