A few liizard/snake questions

1. Would sphagnum moss work for baby bearded dragons?
2. Would sphagnum moss work for sand boas?
3. What would sphagnum moss work for?
4. Do I need a ceramic lamp for uvb light?

and can you name some lizards that can live on sphag?

Why not figure out what you want to keep instead of picking something because you picked up some spag moss cheap?

Ceramic heat emitters give off heat, not light so no, they don't produce UVB.

maybe some red eyed croc skinks. I have heard they do well on a moss substrate but you would need to do more research to find out about the UVA/ UVB requirements and such.

No what I meant was If i had a UVB bulb would it work in a regular lamp. instead of buying a special lamp?

I got the spag moss for a reason for an ameiva lizard. And I was wondering if they had sold the ameiva would i be able to get something else

they work in florescent light strips. There is not an incandescent that produces UVB
