Or what your saying that regular incadescent light bulbs dont produce UVB lights? So i would need a flourescent UVB bulb. But would I need a special lamp? (Correct me if I am wrong)

correct, all you would need is a regular florescent lamp that you can get at lowes or home depot for under $20

Sphag would work for any high-humidity herp. Croc skinks, mountain horned dragons, maybe helmeted iguanas...iffy for ameivas, they like to really burrow so you'd want soil, with maybe some moss on top to help keep the humidity up.
