Yeah cz-82 are a sweet gun. But I'd want to gun kote it because I heard the finish on them can leave alot to be desired. And I'd want to buy nice marschal grips for it like below. (Pic I stole while researchign the cz-82)
You are right about the finish on the CZ-82, they do quite literally suck. They are painted on and chip easy. If I had one that was pretty crappy, Id definitely put a good finish on it and some grips. That one you posted is just sexy.dmopar74;3537522; said:all very nice firearms!

I am thinking about grabbing one too.

Also, I would vote against the AK-74 just because of the ammo. Why, take the M-16s biggest competitor and chamber it for the same round. I LOVE 7.62 and have no problem getting my hands on it.
Ah yes, I read too fast and thought it was one of THOSE..... sorry not enough sleep obviously.JD7.62;3537795; said:AK-74s shoot 5.45x39...ARs shoot 5.56...NOT the same round!
7.62x39 is about $250 per case(1,000rds) currently. You can get cans (1082rds) of Russian or Bulgarian surplus for $150. 5.45 is also significantly more accurate, has less recoil, and some say, more devastating then 7.62x39.
