A few of my Centrals

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
10 years is quite an accomplishment. great job. how big are these beasts?

I had to think about it for awhile last night and the Pearsi is a little over 8, closer to 9 years old and is around 13 inches. I picked up the Argentea from a fellow hobbiest here in Colorado and he is just a little over 11 inches and very bulky. The Argentea is housed alone while the Pearsi is housed with a female and a pair C. Myrnae along with a group of young Myrnae. I was surprised the Myrnae breed in this tank with such large fish but thats what happened lol.

They are looking great.

Great job those 2 are monsters!

I can't take the credit for the Argentea. This monster came from a fellow hobbiest here in Colorado. Talk about rearranging the tank. This fish can move VERY large pieces of driftwood. I'm constantly finding myself child proofing the tank. He's gone after the heaters, all the rocks have been removed, and he's a total butt.

Thanks for all the possitive feedback. My next photo shoot will be my south americans which I've gotten pretty heavy into during the last few years.
