What's the Vieja type in the first photo? Fenestratus? Very fat.

And that Texas (which looks like a H carpintis to me) is only about half grown!

I don't like koi either when compared to tropicals otherwise they are okay,they look like a dying salmon because they share the blotchy coloring.
Get a fish like a tiger shovelnose catfish and it'll eat those koi right up =).
