How aggressive is that Red Isletas??? I have been thinking about picking one up from Rapps but the whole Amphilophus thing makes me nervous.

He's pretty agressive,can handle fish twice his size and even bucks up to the big boys(3-4 times his size).Wouldn't suggest putting one with anything but the tougher CA/Sa,such as midas,moto,jag,red terror,etc.

How big is your red isleta? I got one in a rapps group order that's around 3" but I have only seen 1 picture of a larger specimen. Mine hasn't started to show any red like yours. Hopefully it'll come in when it's a little larger. I'm guessing yours is in the 4-5" range?
