I caught one of those Jaguar Juapotes when I was fishing in Miami, was about to lip it when I saw the teeth!

fantastic cichlids, that jag looks great, what is the size on it

He is about 15-16 inches.. he is huge... he was adopted ... he was in this LFS in a small tank in the dark on the bottom shelf.. broke my heart ,..of course i paid for him.. but i consider it adopting since he needed someone asap... he only ate live feeders when i got him,. he had HITH.. we keep him very healthy.. he has some scars from it but it never came back... his pattern is gorgeous..i would love a coat like that..

Absolutely......He's an exotic to Miami, but for 5 Peacock Bass on my last 3 day trip, I was zero impact on the fishery.
