I didn't measure the Jag, didn't know what he was.......got him back in the water as soon as we took the two pics and removed the hook. That peacock was also released back into the canal. We did harvest one peacock, because my partner said he was riding for 14 hours pulling a boat and spending 1000 bucks to go catch fish without eating one. We brought four little guys back to put in a friends aquarium, but he didn't get it set up until like an hour before we got there, and Nitrites or Nitrates (I can't remember which) killed them off in 10 days.

How much to you figure your Jaguar weighs? That one I caught I would estimate was 16 to 18 inches.
