Snow had seen them before but I got the feeling that a lot of the others have seen very little fighting of any kind.They are trained swords men yeah but they just seemed like no one dared to make a move without being instructed of what to do.

i actually think she looks better on the show than in real life

Not really, since is her first big role. Not a huge sampling out there when you previous best role was a voice for a character on Futurama. But best I could find:
