A Game Of Thrones

Yeah right, there has been NO sign of unprovoked aggression from the dragons towards humans until this. Just another point to the story was a lie

A lie that may end up with the deaths of rhaegal and viserion. Being chained in place like that is a perfect place to kill them. In a similar situation during the dance OF dragons (not with, totally different, this was an internal Targaryean conflict back before they lost the dragons) they would chain their dragons up in a place called the dragon pit in kings landing.

A riot happened similar to Joffrey getting cow-pied (great moment lol) by more intense and the guards of the pit were over run and the dragons not able to get out were killed. I could easily see an internal riot happening in Mereen

Just keep reading the books and don't let your imagination get away from you :). I can appreciate how you analyze it all but the answers will be revealed to you in book 5. Just keep in mind, Dragons are her strongest weapon to help her conquer Westeros and become Queen of the seven kingdoms.

The whole time i was reading i always wondered why she even needed an army when you have 3 drags lol

Answer to what exactly? What's gonna happen with the dragons? They all need riders, not just drogon who will surely be ridden by Dany herself. Daario and Barristan on the others would be totally BA lol

And I've already read ADWD and there deff isn't any definitive answers lol

Because they were babies w/o training or Riders lol. Plus I'd imagine when you use the dragons there is a TON of collateral damage (Harrenhal for example was destroyed by the largest dragon and after 300 years its still in really rough shape). The only way I can see Dany using her dragons in battle would be on an open field, she wouldn't be able to get past "if I burn this city I'm also burning women and children".

Astapor was different since they were so small its not like they would have been able to do much collateral damage, now though... Drogon is HUGE (and still has a lot of growing to do), while rhaegal and viserion are sort a good bit smaller

Random funny thing, they talk about how the doom of the dragons were the Targs trying to train them fully, which led them to be in cages in the dragon pit all the time, which stunted them just like a fish would lol

I read a lot of dragon/ride books. Typically they train the dragons out of sight and unleash them as needed. So again even if it took several years (decades) i didn't see why she needs an army the size she was trying to amass as the story was originally unfolding. We're talking going against men without true firearm.

All dragons continue growing until death, like most fish in the wild

Well another reason would be she wanted to gain a foothold and establish a reputation, hiding in some random place waiting for dragons to grow would be utterly boring/dangerous. She's still the last of an epic bloodline, that itself puts her life in danger, add 3 baby dragons and you have a GOLD MINE for anyone who would find her and kill her

Also to be a Queen you need people to like you, and people to protect you. How easy would it have been for Roberts assassins or the warlocks to kill her and take/kill the dragons if she had no bloodriders (her dothraki bodyguards), army, or even Jorah and Selmy.

What books don't tell you anything about the training process? Only other book series I've read with dragon riders specifically was Eragon, GREAT reads but the movie was lame and that's really too bad. If they did a better job it could have been just as good as LOTR or GoT.

The whole situation in Eragon went like dragon eggs would only hatch for the right person. Just a touch from someone they liked enough would make em hatch. There was also a LOT of training, at literally riding, fighting on dragon back, magic to heal the dragon if need be, and the mental connection (they're psychically connected and could talk to each other in their heads).

I just really feel that they'll be worse then useless w/o any training at all. It seems like that's what's happening lol

Also REALLY pumped to see more children of the forest and the 3 eyed raven in season 5. You know who he is pretty much in the first chapter with him through subtle hints I won't spoil lol. Let's just say a thousand eyes and one is a HUGE hint to who he is

It was written by a guy still in high school at the time....he "burrowed" a lot of the ideas from other popular fantasy movies/books as I think he was 14 when he wrote the first one. His writing got better with each book as he got older. However, the movie sucked balls so bad that they cancelled the other 2-3 movies. Its literally have to be redone beginning with the first one to try again. the author shouodve been more involved with the movie production
