A Game Of Thrones

I suspected there had to be some kind of payoff with Bran the Broken hogging up so much screen time but I did not think he would wind up pretty much being king of the world lol.Tyrion was my favorite character so I'm glad that he wasn't killed off.

I wanted so bad for tyrion to be the last dracarys.

I guess they used up all the remaining dracarys on the city. I wanted one for the road

sanza removed winterfell from the 7 kingdoms and claimed the north as her own nation, so what happens with winterfell have no Bering on the now 6 not 7 kingdoms.

Yep, in fact it was Bran controlling things behind the scenes nearly the entire story. Some think he even worged control of Drogoth and made him burn King's Landing to the ground and Dany couldn't stop it (which I agree -- note the importance of the dragon flying over Kings Landing scene in Bran's dreams long before, which they show again right before Dany changes course and burns the city instead of heading straight to the Red Keep) -- so Dany really had no choice but to become a tyrant (a role she then took on quite eagerly), leading to Jon Snow killing her.

At the end after Jon says sorry, Bran replies, "You were exactly where you were supposed to be." (meaning he arranged things so Jon would be there, same as he did with Therion.). Bran wanted to be King because he knew he couldn't have kids and then the whole hereditary system would be replaced by one (somewhat) more egalitarian.

I'd been thinking about Bran's answer to Snow's apology but I didn't connect the dots that he might have been controlling or influencing various events and outcomes. Thanks for breaking it all down.
