You can find people reading the book but there's no comics. They're thick books so it'd take forever doing audio book through YouTube. No comics that I know of

I did think it was a filler episode, but it was what a filler episode should be. Lots of good smaller scenes, not a waste of time.

It's Snow because he's a bastard of the north, at least as explained in the series ... not sure if the books say otherwise.
