A Game Of Thrones

Game of Thrones is one of the best series on TV. HBO has been superior to network TV since shows such as the Sopranos, The Wire and now Game of Thrones and Boardwalk Empire. Season 1 was excellent, but I anticipate that season 2 will go to another level. War between the various factions, including a Dragon Lady. Also, a young, punk king who doesn't even shave, yet wants to be a tyrant.

Agreed,well,with the exception of Boardwalk Empire.
 
I gave it a few tries but it just does not hold my interest.
 
i've read all five books and watched the first season waiting on april 1st.

I'm a big AMC fan. The standard TV networks have really struggled to provide compelling content in comparison to HBO, STARZ, and AMC
 
Agreed as there is very little that I do watch on the networks.
 
watching random tv is terrible for you and your intelligence your family and society. thank god for the internet and data mediums (dvd, blu ray etc) where i can watch the good shows at our leisure.
