Are there gars that stay on the small side? I would love to keep some!

most species can be kept in a 75 for the first year or 2. but long term need a 24" deep or more tank longterm. reading the stickies should answer alot more questions.
 
another one took to the krill so one more to go i will still offer them live till they all switch

this is what i do and even my big guys still get live now and then, imo it keeps them interested and " happy" they are interested in anything that comes or goes into their tank. cant wait for my lngs to grow up, imo they are extreamly attractive looking fish.
 
My longnose and baby gator have tried pellets and frozen silversides and both eat it readily. I didn't think they were ready for pellets and frozen but they sure surprised me when I was feeding my other fish and they went for it as well! Both my gars are pretty calm and lounge around.

lol those are both monsters keep up the good work i want to try gators one day when i have more room lol but atm i am sticking with my longnose
also will eventually do rays too and arrowannas i guess i am ocd with fish he he
