a good idea to do or no?

I always wanted to make some sort of pond,but to have it inside the house that is.What I want to put inside the pond is of course Cichlids.Would a rubbermaid large storage box work at all or should I go to lowes to find the set up to make a pond?

Rubbermaid makes horse troughs as well. They are much larger and designed to hold water. They are also generally cheaper than preformed ponds.

I am going to be getting a couple of indoor ponds going pretty soon , heres what I am going to use until my RTC x TSN gets to big for it , I am actually going to buy 2 of them one for my catfish the other for a grow out for some of my cichlids

that is one good deal,but where I want to put the pond indoor,may not work with it being a circle.I might want to get something that has the same length shape of a fish tank.

The larger sized ones have straight sides and rounded ends. They make them up to 6 or 8 feet in length.

well i see a lot of people putting ponds in their house wich i think is awsome, but they dont think about all the moisture and possablity of mold. When i set up my fish room i pulled out all the drywall, rewired, and put up greenboard and then sprayed with kills.

I was going to say the same, although if you've got a decent inline fan or something to blow air outside you should be fine. Well, that or a dehumidifier.
