well i can add to this, i have add an albino oscar for 5 months and it is about 7 in and my buddy need to get rid of his 10in tiger that out grew his tank, so since i have a 100 galllon, i thought i'll try it out, well my little albino hates the fish, attacks it and every given chance, thats right the little one beats up the large one, and the large one doesn't even fight back. so i don't know what i'm going to do withthe fish , iknow one i know wants it, and lfs wont take it either because of how beat up it is

I Got my first oscar about 8 months ago and put him in a 175g tank with a purple rose some silver dollars and a couple of plecos. I seen 3 full grown oscars for sale online 1 tiger, 1 red, and 1 albino. The lady had them in a 75 gallon together since they were 2 in. I felt bad for them so I bought them and threw them in my tank. My 6 in Albino beat up on all three of them at the same time, with purple rose at his side. Now they get in little tiffs every once in a while like pups playing but they coexist great now.

nice info!
