I got the two of them from jeff rapps. The male i only just got about a month ago and the female i had grown out from the 1" size

Great looking fish. They came from my wild pair. I can honestly say that my female has never turned that color during breeding. But if you got them from Jeff...he got them from me.

Nice, I hever never seen Amphilophus where the female's charecteristics looks that much different then the male's.

Still cant get a picture of the fry, the pair has moved them under the ledge of a rock and as soon as they stray out into view they move them back under. Pretty smart for a fish, just wish i could get a picture.
