So do I! It took a LONG time for my mind to switch over to not automatically thinking of him as Cassius Clay first. and have to admit that moniker still comes to mind ! It's like knowing a woman when she had her maiden name, and forever thinking of her that way at 'first' thought.
That also means I am old ;-)
