Caught bonnetheads and rays off St. Pete and around the Skyway, usually when I don't want them.

I second this! Ft. Desoto park has a lot of bonnet heads just fish the beaches

If your looking for rays fish the discharge of any power plants Up and down the coast.. Crystal river, anclote key, rocky point, just to name afew north so tampa

Not sure what kind but I've caught a few rays here in jax beach in Both salt and brackish water, sorry just noticed the gulf coast In the title

The flats in northern Tampa bay have a lot of cow nose rays..

Yes and will continue to be mire and more as water warms.. Weedon island flats are full of them
