from what date, i'm guessing you mean the current one, because i've found 3 going back as far as 4 years. post the one you found.

A neutron star is the remnants of a collapsed massive star...So you are incorrect sort of. A larger stars neutron star CAN weigh more than a smaller live star. However.....The neutron star can NEVER weigh more than the star that produced it....
