I was actually about to post on the same topic.
It's only been going on for about a week now, but I've put a bunch of smaller fish into my Fahaka's tank and he's been ignoring them completely! Got some tiger and cherry barbs and 2 types of danios in there and it's really added some activity and life to the tank.
For the first two days that the little guys were in there the fahaka actually hid--I think all the movement freaked him out. But now he's acting normally. He's only about 6'' but he's still waaaay too slow to catch these guys. I think he figured that out real fast and doesn't bother trying.
Was an experiment, but so far so good!
