A man and a fish

Ok so we all got into the hobby in different ways, well the thing that got me into the hobby was walking into (what I now consider to be a fairly s*** LFS) and seeing a fully grown female polleni, I had to have this fish, but she was not for sale (probably not a good thing at the time because I had absolutely zero knowledge on fish).

So after 6 months or so leaning and making the usual mistakes I found myself a young polleni pair (the ones in my sig). Although they are great fish, I still wanted that first one, and after spending over 3 years in that LFS, in very poor care, the LFS changed owners and was willing to sell her, I'm sure I don't have to tell you who purchased her .

I've been observing her and she seems to have a mild case of hole in the head, no surprise, the water from her old tank was so green I could barely see the bottom of the 30 liter cooler we moved her in. It also had that smell to it, you know the one when a water change is well overdue.

Thanks, I would love to breed her, only problem is my male is way smaller than her, and I don't think she'd play nice
