i would sue that guy, thats ridiculous. my 220 has 1/2" glass.
 
I would be totally enraged...holes in the sheet rock from flying/flooding glass?,
you are lucky nobody was killed!...
I'd be getting an attorney together, this guy has got to be stopped from building tanks, before he kills somebody...
