The plumbing of the 5 running tanks and sump was done like this

Water flow from out of the sump

entering the lower tank

entering in the central tanks

and in the top tanks

Water leaving the top tanks

and leaving central tanks

entering in the sump

Next time i will try to take better pics

Now, how should i heat the aqua?

IS better to heat the air, because it's not a big area, or to heat the water?

What do you think? I need some cool ideas to do this.

i think you should def heat the water. the temp of the water will keep the room a suitable temp.

x2 Water holds heat better than the air anyways.

And your set-up is just sickenly sweet. You've got a real dream building there!

wow....very smart...well if its a trickle down theory like i believe it is....i'd say put a heater in the sump if there is room or at the tube where the water hits the first tank....i think sump could but the best....GREAT JOB....never would have thought to do the central sump tank

I'd try to keep the ambient temp of the room stable and heat the water. Both won't have to work as hard to maintain temperature and you have redundancy.

Beautiful set up.

Find a good Titanium heater for each sump and you should be good to go. That much water will keep the room warm too.

I think i'm going to try both ways.

I'm going to buy a good water heater and perhaps something to heat the air, to help a bit.
