What size were they at the time of purchase? I bought a pair from him a while back 6" male & 5" female but couldn't get them to spawn. Eventually gave them to a friend who still has them.

They were around the 2.5" mark. Any for sure way on sexing them? I can't wait to see these guys with some good size on em.

Venting would really be the only way IMO...male and females don't really vary in appearance, only size.
