A Pair of Parachromis

Nope the guy at the store said they were for sure a pair though but I'd rather take advice from here than a pet store I'm going to go try and get better pics.

did you buy those two from big als, in the tank that said "jaguar pair"?
If you did, I saw them there earlier and they both looked female to me also.

I'm with greenterra on this one.. Their patterns are almost identical.. have they ever bred or anything?

ugh its called venting.

The bigger guy is a male and the smaller one is a female. I am almost 100% sure. But that does not mean they are a pair...

I am a little pissed. yeah the fins look female and so does there color...
also sometimes females can pair off and just lay eggs and then eat them.

they are both very fat around there vents. I hate big als...
