Great pics Dave! It was three days not 3 weeks but yes, my attitude regarding Oliver my ball python is a bit cavalier. I always put him on the tank to chill and explore a bit and sometimes the guy wanders off. I bring home food and within minutes he's out of hiding ready to eat. Love him!

That's scary and awesome at the same time! Does he ever make any attempts at the fish or just chill on the tank?

No, he pays no mind to the fish but my male dovii is always very interested in the snake when he's on his tank. Somewhere I have a photo of the two squared off through the glass.
Funny, never really thought about it but now I'm wondering whether or not pythons can swim. :grinno:

An escaped snake would mean a night on the couch for me! my wife freaked out when she thought an eel had escaped. She bugged me about that thing for days until I found it coiled up in a piece of deco IN the tank. Nice stock by the way.

Only one way to find out! I asked because here at the Oregon zoo they have a really large python in the SA exibit with a huge school of Satanoperca. My wife was asking me if it would eat the fish and I really didn't know what to say? It always seems to be half submerged so it may really like your tank you never know! :D
