Man they must love that setup, lots of room for them. The TO looks like a good size. How big is it?

Last time I checked ( a year or so ago ) it was roughly 12.5 inches, it's a big softy!

Great tank... though if I read the comments in this thread, if you wanna get a bit of activity in the tank... add a small school of Silver dollars to it.... maybe 5 or 6 will do... i think. Make sure they are adult SDs though.

I'm happy with the stock as is at the moment, although I did think about silver dollars. It's just a shame they'd eat the plants

I think to be an official MFK "Man Cave" you have to at least have 6 tanks. Lets see the other 5!

I would add more fish... you are lucky you can even add fish to your Os tank... My O is aggressive and mean... i might try some SDs someday but they have to be bigger than something my 14 incher can et... my O is a monster (2 inches over avrage) 2 inches dosn't sound like a lot but for fish around a foot, 2 inches is a lot...its like a human 6 inches taller than avrage...

I got it in an auction and built the stand myself, turned out the bloke I got it from lived just around the corner

It was on a Facebook group, its a fish and reptile buying and selling page based in brisbane and surrounding areas. Every 3 months or so they do an auction on the page, brilliant way to pick up a bargain!
