The main reason I'll be owned, even though it's physical education, my dad wanted to be a marine biologist, but he ****ed up in english, and couldn't so he left school and became a fitter and turner.. and dad doesn't want us (me and my bros) to mess up in school. (I'm either going to be a paramedic (needs schooling) or a carpenter (Doesn't need schooling))

sorry to break it to you but good carpenters are schooled weather at a school, or OJT, either way you wont be your own boss with out the education...

I just saw a co worker get hired for a job that makes twice as much as we were both making, because he has a diploma. But in reality me (without a diploma) is much more experienced and better for the job.

Try coming up to the land of unemployment, where even if you have a degree, you might not get a job.
