I do heavy lunges, heavy leg press on a sled, donkey raises, and kick outs.
When I make myself get under the squat rack...I put 315 on and do high reps. Easier on my knees that way.
i leave for 15 mins and it grows 3 pages...
lol. the highest squat ive done was 310. then i got out of weight training at school and didnt HAVE to do it, so i do lunges and kick offs. i do 135lb lunges and run alot...had to cut weight (fat) but now im trying to gain that weight back..
